New apprentices 2019

On 1st August FELUWA welcomed a total of 7 young apprentices and working students to the team. Three of them have started their apprenticeship as CNC machine operators and two as industrial mechanics. Two graduates are combining academic studies for electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, respectively, with a traditional apprenticeship as mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic. At the end of their ambitious studies, the graduates will have two different qualifications.

We are very pleased that we have been able to fill all the vacant apprenticeship positions. For several years already, training our own skilled workers and managers has become of major importance for FELUWA – a successful strategy in times of skill shortages.
