Skid mounted Pump

The MULTISAFE® pump type TGK 200-3 DS 35 is completely mounted on a steel frame, which facilitates shipping and is more secure.  With this skid-mounted model, set-up and start-up time on site are reduced and commissioning is simplified (plug & play).

The pump is utilised in reactor feeding in an application for biomass wastewater treatment. It feeds a reactor at a pressure of 90 bar and a volume flow of 37 m³/h. The solids are separated from the water using a physical process  - until only clean drinking water remains.

The chemical resistance of our MULTISAFE® pumps is ensured by the small number of wetted parts in contact with the medium. The hermetical sealing between wet end and drive end also ensures safety for people and the environment.
