25 years of successful partnership

In June 2026, FELUWA and Encore Engineering Co. Ltd., FELUWA’s sales partner in China, celebrated a special anniversary: 25 years of successful and trust-based cooperation between the two companies.

The foundation for this partnership was laid by Mr Dong in 2001. Following an initial personal meeting at AchemAsia, he contacted Heinz Nägel, FELUWA’s Managing Director at the time, and proposed a cooperation between Encore and FELUWA. This first step developed into a long-standing business relationship that continues to be characterised by mutual trust, shared goals and strong personal ties.

Over the past 25 years, FELUWA and Encore have successfully overcome numerous challenges, achieved important milestones and strengthened the position of FELUWA pumps in the Chinese market.

Special thanks go to Mr Dong, whose commitment, perseverance and continuous support have played a decisive role in the successful development of FELUWA pumps in China from the very beginning. With great enthusiasm and personal dedication, he has shaped the cooperation between the two companies and made a significant contribution to their shared success story.

During a joint lunch with FELUWA’s management team and department heads, Mr Dong was also presented with the FELUWA Sales Award 2025 in recognition of his outstanding commitment and consistently strong sales performance in the Chinese market.
