And the Eifel-Award 2022 goes to…. FELUWA Pumps

FELUWA has been honored with the Eifel Award 2022 as one of the top employers in the Vulkaneifel. With this year's award, the Zukunftsinitiative Eifel honors companies that stand out due to their special measures to develop and retain professionals within the framework of their human resources policy.

At a ceremony in St. Vith, East Belgium, 34 companies from the catering, trade, crafts, service, and industrial sectors have been awarded. From East Belgium to Mayen-Koblenz and from Düren to Trier-Saarburg - all regions of the Eifel were represented. The laureates unifies their ambition to make special efforts in recruiting and retaining skilled employees in order to counteract one of the central challenges of our time: skill shortage.
