Our pumps have to work reliably even under the toughest conditions. Elementary factors are the monitoring of important parameters, the resulting diagnostics and recommendations for action (only with FELICS®) for maximum pump availability – and reduced operating costs.
With our BASIC, SMART and PREMIUM solutions, we offer tried-and-tested, user-friendly monitoring and diagnostic systems that you can adapt to your individual requirements – for optimized pump performance and process efficiency. All our FELUWA monitoring and diagnostic systems are configurable and customizable, giving you complete control of the relevant operating parameters at all times. Of course, a connection to your central operations control center is also possible.
Pump Condition Guard BASIC
Our BASIC solution for simple & robust pump monitoring
- The conventional Local Control Panel (LCP) combines both pump control and monitoring systems.
- The LCP enables starting and stopping of the pump and allows for adjustment of the stroke rate to achieve variable flow control through a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive).
- Additionally, the LCP monitors pump operating conditions and indicates error or alarm messages via pilot lights.
- A higher-level control system (DCS) can be connected to the LCP through a hard-wired interface, allowing for commands execution such as start, stop, and flow rate regulation and the transmission of states to the DCS.
Pump Condition Guard SMART Compact
Our SMART solution for small pumps
- For pump heads up to max. DS35 and p < 110 bar
- The Pump Condition Guard SMART Compact with Touch Panel integrates a low-cost microcontroller-based system for pump control and monitoring functionalities.
- Users can locally access pump operations via the Touch Panel. In local control mode, the control system enables pump start/stop and adjustments to the stroke rate for variable flow control.
- A higher-level control system can be connected to the PCG SMART compact through a hard-wired interface, allowing for commands execution such as start, stop, and flow rate regulation and the transmission of states to the DCS.
Pump Condition Guard SMART
Our SMART solution with PLC, monitoring systems & Ethernet interface
- The Pump Condition Guard SMART (PCG SMART) with Touch Panel incorporates a PLC for pump control, as well as the monitoring systems.
- The different states are indicated using a traffic light system on the panel. The measured values are shown as actual values on the panel.
- Users can access pump operation in local mode after authorization through DCS or by entering a password on the Touch Panel, respectively..
- The values and operating states monitored by the Pump Condition Guard (PCG) can be communicated to the higher-level control system (DCS) through the Ethernet interface. This connection also enables execution of commands such as starting, stopping, and regulating the flow rate from DCS.
The system can be extended with add-ons. We recommend the powerful premium add-on FELICS® to all our users.
